Reena is a Program Officer at Panorama Strategy where she supportspartners with strategic research, thought leadership, and advocacy. She has sixyears of experience managing and researching culturally informed programs acrossdomestic and global settings. Reena approaches her work through collaborativethinking, empathic leadership, and an appreciation for lived experience.
Most recently, she worked as a Health Analyst atMathematica, where she conducted qualitative research aligned with equitableevaluation principles for federal, state, and foundations clients related tomaternal and child health, health equity, and COVID-19.
She also worked on chronic disease health promotion andpolicy for the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention at the Nevada Divisionof Public and Behavioral Health. She provided programmatic and evaluation support to food security, obesityprevention, and school health interventions. Reena also led advocacy andcommunication efforts for HIV, TB, and youth sexual and reproductive healthprograms in Kitwe, Zambia through Global Health Corps.
Reena holds a Master of Science in Public Health forDevelopment from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelorof Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
When not working, she can be found obsessing over dogs, enjoyinga good book, or expressing herself through dance.
