Kippy Joseph has 25 years of experience strengthening collaboration, innovation, and learning across philanthropy and global development. She is skilled in designing and facilitating convenings, programs, and strategy processes that enable diverse actors to work effectively together. Her expertise spans funder collaboration, capacity development, and gender-responsive approaches to innovation and social investment.
Kippy is a Senior Fellow at Results for Development, where she supports the International Development Innovation Alliance (IDIA), and is an advisor to several social investment funds and the Global Grand Challenges initiative on climate and health. She previously led an innovation unit at The Rockefeller Foundation, stewarding a global grant portfolio while building internal institutional capability.
Kippy holds master’s degrees in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and in Systemic Management & Consultation from the University of London. She earned her BA in Public Policy at Brown University.
