Gabrielle Rivera is a Program Officer at Panorama Strategy. In her role, she supports initiatives that advance equity-driven systems change through strategic collaboration, research, and policy analysis. Guided by trust, transparency, and community, she brings an adaptive, problem-solving mindset to every project. Gabrielle’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful connections—between people, ideas, and research—are essential for driving progress and creating impactful solutions.
She brings a rich cross-sector background in community-based food security research, private-sector foodservice consulting, and government policy work. Most recently, she served as a Presidential Management Fellow at USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, where she focused on strategy development and policy reform. She also completed a Fulbright at the University of Málaga in Spain, where she led professional development workshops and thrived in a diverse, global community.
Gabrielle holds a Master of Science in Agriculture, Food, and the Environment from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Macalester College.
Gabrielle is happy to be back in Chicago and enjoying the city’s rich music and art scene. In her free time, she loves to go on long walks by Lake Michigan and host friends and family to try out new recipes.
