Amandine Weinrob is a strategic consultant with deep expertise in designing and managing mission-driven initiatives. She is collaborating with Panorama Strategy as a consulting partner to lead the design and development of a major grants initiative focused on enhancing resident health and wellness in affordable housing communities.
Over the past decade, Amandine has led multi-million-dollar initiatives that promote gender equity, strengthen democratic governance, and inspire civic engagement—often bridging the fields of health and education to achieve lasting community impact. Prior to her work with Panorama, she served as Senior Program Manager at Counterpart International, where she oversaw multi-country initiatives across Africa, the Caribbean, and South Asia, in close partnership with local organizations.
Amandine holds an M.A. in Conflict Mitigation and Coexistence from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a B.A. in International and East Asian Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Outside of work, Amandine enjoys discovering new coffee shops, experimenting with smoothie and popsicle recipes, and spending time outdoors.
