Our advocacy and strategic communications expertise supports our partners in global pandemic response and preparedness. We recently partnered with an organization to identify pathways to promote pandemic and seasonal influenza vaccine preparedness. With our support, the partner was able to get critical information into the hands of targeted audiences, which helped inform decision-making on outbreak preparedness.
We partnered with an early-stage philanthropist interested in global eye health to develop a philanthropic strategy to shape the foundation’s next decade of grantmaking and impact investments. The information we gathered and analyzed through landscape maps, expert interviews, and desk research served as the basis of a long-term giving strategy to solve this important systemic challenge.
Our team supports innovative and unprecedented partnerships driving change in many areas, including global health supply chains and equitable and affordable access to health products. Most recently, we helped convene a multi-day hybrid meeting for stakeholders to identify the next set of priorities that could bene t from collaborative industry-wide engagement and action.
In early 2022, Panorama Strategy and Panorama Global collaborated to analyze the diversity, intersectionality, and geography of MacKenzie Scott's transformational giving. Panorama Group’s unique structure brought together the required expertise and skillsets to produce an in-depth analysis of Scott's giving and assemble new collaborative learning cohorts.
