Linda Patterson

Vice President
Linda Patterson

Linda Patterson is a vice president at Panorama. In this role, she oversees the organization’s programmatic work and helps define broader institutional priorities and policies. In addition to her management role, she leads partner projects that focus on advocacy, strategic communications, and policy, and address some of the world’s most complex problems.

Prior to joining Panorama, Linda worked on the Global Policy and Advocacy team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she worked on numerous priority issues, including polio, malaria, vaccines, and child health. In addition, she led the development and implementation of a policy, advocacy, and communications strategy in partnership with the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene team. She also worked at the National Democratic Institute, where she advocated for genuine and transparent elections overseas and managed monitoring missions to Nigeria, Liberia, and Ukraine. She has also worked on several U.S. presidential and state political campaigns.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University.

As the mother of a toddler, Linda spends a lot of her free time at playgrounds and on walks with her son. She is looking forward to the day when he is old enough to join her on hiking, biking, skiing, and backpacking trips.
